The varsity girls soccer team beat previously undefeated Prosper Rock Hill 2-0 Friday in the seniors last home game. The first goal was scored by Paige Young after a rebound from an Emma Nelson shot. The second goal was scored by Emmy Wood from a free kick.

The win moved the varsity teams record to 18-2-1, passing a program record for most wins in a season. The team finished 2nd in district 10-5A and will play Frisco Reedy, Thursday or Friday evening, in the first round of the playoffs (venue TBD.)

The junior varsity girls soccer team lost to a strong Rock Hill team 1-0 Friday night but overall deserved something more from the game. The JV finished the season 12-5-2, one win short of tying the program’s overall JV wins record. Congratulations to the junior varsity team on another successful season!
