Last night the varsity girls soccer team beat McKinney North for the second time in program history. Mary Mueth opened the scoring in the second half from a direct free kick. Emma Nelson doubled the lead after an assist from Amiya Callicutt. The whole team played excellent in the back to keep the clean sheet.
Junior Varsity played an even match vs. McKinney North but came up just short in the second half 1-0. The group will learn from the loss and come back stronger.
Next up is senior night on 2/11 vs. Denison at home. JV kick off at 5:30 and Varsity at 7:15.
