Earlier in the week the JV team beat Braswell 5-0. Goals: Natalie Burns, Eleanor Koehn (2), Margo Chester, and Kiera Watson. Assists: Katie Manders, Kiera Watson (2), Margo Chester.
In the first game of the tournament, the JV lost to a strong Mansfield team 3-0. In the second game, the girls just couldn't find the back of the net and tied Richardson 0-0. In the third game, the girls beat South Grand Prairie JV 1-0. the lone goal was scored by Alexa Paharik and assisted by Kiera Watson. With the point total in bracket play the girls moved on to play for a trophy against South Grand Prairie JV2. The girls earned the trophy by winning 2-0. Goals were scored by Kiera Watson and Alexa Paharik with both assists coming from Izzie Stein. Congrats to the girls on winning their fourth trophy in four years at the Richardson Tournament!
