Varsity Baseball beat Sachse 6-5 on Thursday.
The Leopards offense was led by Ralph Rucker who went 3-3 with 3 RBI, HR, 3B and a 2B. Trent Rucker also homered in the game going 2-4 with 3 RBI and Kolby Branch had an extra base hit (2B).
Brett Lanman started the game and went 2 innings giving up 3 runs on 3 strikeouts and 3 walks. Cade Hill picked up the victory in relief going 2 1/3 innings allowing 2 runs on 2 walks and 1 strikeout.
The Leopards improved to 5-1 on the season.
