7TH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL A TEAM WINS GOOD GAME AGAINST ALLEN CURTIS

The 7th grade boy's A team beat Allen Curtis 30-24 to stretch their winning streak to 8 games in a row. The Leopards played tremendous defense and led Curtis 18-10 at the half. The Leopards held the lead in the second half to improve their record to 8-2 on the season. Luke Lytle led the Leopards with 16 points including scoring 8 points in the first quarter. Tyler Gafford had 6 points to go along with 5 rebounds and Owen Magee pulled down 8 rebounds as well. The Leopards will need to improve on reducing their turnovers as they had 16 last night but did shoot 75% from the free throw line. The Leopards play a tough Wylie Cooper team Monday night in Wylie.
