Experience:

Coach Wilson has taught and coached 23 years in Texas.  This will be Coach Wilson's 17th season as a Head Baseball Coach and 5th year as the Head Coach at Lovejoy High School.  He has 248 wins in his career.  Coach Wilson was the Head Baseball Coach at Richardson Berkner from 2005-2010 and Frisco Centennial from 2011-2015 before becoming the Head Baseball Coach at Lovejoy High School.

Coach Wilson's teams have been to the state playoffs 11 times. They have won 4 District Championships and have made it to the Regional round 4 times.   Coach Wilson has been named the District Coach of the Year 4 times and was chosen to coach the East team in the North Texas Coaches Association All Star game in 2013.

Coach Wilson has had the privilege to coach 84 players that have received a baseball scholarship in his career and 7 of his former players have played or are currently playing in MLB organizations.

Coach Wilson has been married to his wife Amy for 24 years and their son Chance is a Sophomore at Grapevine High School.
