Last week, on Friday, the girls soccer team played in their bi-district matchup vs. Frisco Reedy. After a 0-0 stalemate for 80 minutes the game went to extra time. Cambry Patrick opened the scoring for the Leopards with an assist from Taylor Person in the first period of extra time to go up 1-0. Just before the second period of extra time Reedy tied the game up 1-1. After no goals were scored in the second extra time period the game went to penalties where the Leopards came up short 5-4.

The team should be proud of their performance on the night and throughout the season. The girls program had their best season in over 6 years: finishing 2nd in district, going 15-5-3 overall, and 10-2-2 in district.
