Girls Soccer Win 5th Game in a Row

Friday night the Girls Junior Varsity Soccer Team beat Princeton 6-0. Goals were scored by Aubrey Goff (2), Kailey McDonald (2), Josey Sessions, and Sophie Arriaga. Assists were by Brianna Fuqua, Samatha Belatur (2), Aubrey Goff, Eleanor Koehn, and Kailey McDonald. Jasmine Gramajo was in goal to keep the clean sheet for the Leopards. The win moves the Junior Varsity's record to 8-4 overall and 3-1 in district.

The Varsity team beat Princeton 2-1 to win their 5th game in a row. Less than 30 seconds into the match Reagan Matacale opened the scoring with an assist from Emmy Wood. With the game tied, Emmy Wood scored the winning goal after an assist from Reagan Matacale. The win moves the team's overall record to 11-4 and district record to 4-0.

Next game is on Tuesday, 2/18, at 5:30/7:15 vs. McKinney North at LHS.
