LOVEJOY WINS IN ROUND 1 OF THE GETSO

The Leopards traveled today to Brownsboro, TX to play in The Great East Texas Shootout! The Leopards squared off against a scrappy Chapel Hill team in the first round. The Leopards played hard and found themselves up 24-22 at half. With an outstanding 3rd quarter only giving up 2 points defensively, the Leopards took control of the game and won 51-41. The Leopards were led in scoring by Mitchell Weaver with 14 points and Carson Holden with 9 points. The Leopards will play in the 2nd round of the GETSO tomorrow at 3:30 pm.
